KAGAN, Ezra. Farmer. Born Kamia, Lithuania, 1903, son of Chaim Hessel Sklaar and Chaya Leah Stira Kagan. Educated at Yeshiva in Lithuania. Director of Kagan's Mills (Pty.) Ltd. Served as Minister to the Jewish Community of Trichardt in 1928. Member of the Berea Hebrew Congregation and Leslie and Districts Hebrew Congregation.
