KAPLAN, Nahum William. Furniture Dealer. Born Taurogen, Lithuania, 1889, son of Hessel and Hannah Kaplan. Educated at Taurogen, Came to South Africa 1906. Chairman of the Bethlehem Hebrew Congregation and of the Bethlehem Zionist Association for past 25 years. Freemason; Hon. S.D.- G.M. Member of the Bethlehem Bowling Club and its Chairman, 1954- 55.
