ENTIN, George. (Died 1965). Born in Lithuania 12th April, 1884, son of Hillel and Rachel Entin, Arrived in South Africa 1905. Educated in Lithuania. Previously School Attendance Officer employed by the Government, 1928-1941. Subsequently Secretary of Companies. Past Secretary, United Hebrew Institutions, Krugersdorp, 1920-26; Past Chairman Randfontein Hebrew School, 1947-50. Married Esther Chosack, 1912; one son, one daughter.
