Delegate to United Nations, 1947. Served four years with S.A.M.C. on full-time military service in World War II with War Substantive Rank of Captain. Won first prize in Military Essay Contest on Demobilisation in 1945. Won first prize in Woodrow Wilson Peace Contest. Author of "The Waging of Peace," published 1946. Member, Automobile Club.
