Zionist Federation; Past President, B'nai B'rith Council for Southern Africa; Deputy, S.A. Jewish Board of Deputies; member, Central Committee of Poalei Zion; Chairman Information Dept. of the S.A. Zionist Federation. Was member of Trade Delegation to Europe, 1962. Married the late Elsa Sidersky 7th February, 1946; one son. Married Alma Levinsohn 20th August, 1964. Recreation: Bowls.
