Educated in Lithuania and South Africa. Senior partner of Davids & Haas, Architects and Quantity Surveyors. Director of Companies. Executive member, S.A. Ort-Oze; Vice- Chairman, Vocational Guidance Bureau of South African Ort-Oze. Member, Transvaal Automobile Club and Killarney Bowling Club. Married Julia Rubinstein 6th July, 1932; two daughters.
