BENJAMIN, Rudolf. Manufacturers' Representative. Born Cologne, Germany, 13th January, 1910, son of Albert and Emma Benjamin. Educated at the Philanthrapin, Frankfort/M. Came to South Africa 1936, Member, Progressive Jewish Congregation, P.E. and Council Member until 1965; Member, Brotherhood of Temple Israel, Wedgewood Park Country Club. Served with South African forces in World War II, 1942-43; discharged for health reasons. Married Emma Schwartz September, 1936; two sons Recreation: Bowls. Add.: 17 Carlisle Street, P.Ο.
