Dvinsk (Russia) 2nd December, 1906, son of Harry Woolf and Rachel Leah Berger.
Came to South Africa 1908. Educated at Grey College, Bloemfontein, University
of Cape Town, and Edinburgh University. Was Senior Registrar at Hammersmith
Hospital and London Maternity Home. Was Chairman, North- Eastern Hebrew
Congregation, Johannesburg, and Chairman, Tara Bowling Club. Married Ginnie
Krausey 5th July, 1933; two sons, one daughter.
