BLUM, Eliezer. Stamp Dealer. Born Libau, Latvia, 13th January, 1907, son of Simon and Perla Blum. Educated at Nicolai Gymnasium (Libau), Grenoble University. Came to South Africa April, 1930. Philatelic Expert and Judge (International). Philatelic Writer Literary Award, London International Exhibition (1961). Member P.E.N. and British Philatelic Association.
