Member, Executive Committee, S.A. Technion Society; Council member, United Zionist Association. Member of Convocation of the University of the Witwatersrand. Member of the Patrons' Club and of Southern Transvaal Lawn Tennis Association. During World War II was Instructor in Aircraft with the S.A. Air Force at Lyttelton. Married Henia Abramowitz (born Vilna, Poland) 1951; three sons. Recreations: Tennis, soccer and travel. Add.: 35 Eighth Street, Lower Houghton; P.O. Box 1, Troyeville, Johannesburg.
