FRANK Jacob, Councillor, Solicitor, J.P., Namaqualand, Commissioner of Oaths. Born in Cardiff, in 1886. Came to South Africa in 1889. Educated at first Jewish School, Cape Town. Married in 1914 to Pauline Barnett; has four children. President, Cape Jewish Helping Hand Association; Committee Member, Cape Town Hebrew Congregation, and Board of Guardians; Committee Member of the Cape Aged Home, and Dorshei Zion Association: Member of the Cape Town City Council.
