Member of Transvaal Automobile Club, Reading Country Club, Jewish Guild. During Second World War served as Signals Officer, 3rd S.A. Reconnaissance Battalion and Wireless Officer, 1st S.A. Division. Married Lesley Dorette Lazarus, 1943; one son, two daughters. Recreations: Squash, painting, photography. Add.: 39, Erlswold Way, Saxonwold, Johannesburg.
