Goldin, Alec
GOLDIN, Alec (Died 1965). Director of Companies. Born Cape Town 17th March, 1907, son of Max and Rachael Goldin. Educated at Troyeville Central School and Modern Methods Business College. Was Director of Kwikbrite (Pty.) Ltd. and S.A. Industrial Sales Organisation (Pty) Ltd. Chairman, Transvaal Chemical Manufacturers' Association. Past member S.A. Maccabi Council and Southern Transvaal Maccabi Executive. Past Chairman, Southern Transvaal Maccabi Association; Past Chairman, Killarney Bowls Club, 1961-62; Was vice-captain Killarney Golf Club. During World War II served with South African Forces in R.Q.M.S. General Service Corps. Married Pauline Apple, 1933; three daughters.
