DE JONG, Menno Jo. Director of Companies. Born Apeldoorn, Holland, 4th October, 1926, son of Simon and Mien de Jong. Educated at Textile College, Enschede, Holland. Came to South Africa May, 1952. Managing Director and Proprietor of a firm dealing in waste rubber and waste plastics. Previously executive in similar business in Amsterdam, Holland. Followed courses in Rubber Technology and Commerce in Holland. Served for 2 years in Dutch Army after World War II. Married Helena Mathilde Louise Sanders 24th April, 1957; one son, one daughter.
