Practised as a teacher of music and did secretarial work. Was Foundation Member and first Chairlady of Kroonstad Branch of Union of Jewish Women in 1945 and was appointed Life President several years ago. Vice-Chairman Women's Zionist Society. Was Chairman of Young Israel Society in 1920. Was Corresponding Member of the National Council of Women (for Trades and Professions) for ten years. Member of Kroonstad Hebrew Congregation.
